Each suite 2m x 1.3m (2.6m²) includes two basic enclosures 1.3 x 0.7 (0.91m²), both connected to a shared common area. Throughout the day, cats take turns enjoying this space. During off-peak times, cats staying in a basic enclosure typically have full-time access to the common area. Each suite and enclosure feature multiple vertical levels, providing plenty of spots for your cat to explore and unwind.

When you choose a suite, your individual cat or cat family will have exclusive access to both basic enclosures and the common area at all times.

Cat stays over 7 days receive a 5% discount on boarding fees.

ALL CATS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• Constant supply of fresh filtered water

• Dry food available for grazing 24/7 with the main meal of wet food provided of an afternoon

• All bedding and toys are supplied - Please note: personal items from home are not accepted.

• Kitty litter trays changed and cleaned regularly

• We have a live-in caretaker available 24/7 to ensure your pet receives the best possible care.

• Climate-Controlled Comfort & Safety: Our fully insulated, air-conditioned facility maintains a consistent and comfortable temperature of 24°C year-round. Designed with acoustics in mind, the building minimizes exposure to loud noises such as storms and fireworks— helping cats feel calm and secure. Additionally, the environment is protected from common pests including snakes, cane toads, mosquitoes, ticks, and more, ensuring a safe and stress-free space for all our guests.
