• Own food surcharge - $11 / day

  Want to bring your pet’s own food? No problem – We’re happy to store and serve it according to your instructions. Please note: this service is only available for pets booked into their own private room (not shared accommodations).

• Medication administration - $11 / day

  For pets requiring medication during their stay (topical or oral). Administered by trained staff at scheduled times.

  Please note: Dogs with epilepsy must be booked into their own private room for safety and close observation.

• Injection Administration - $22 / day

  For pets requiring injectable medication (e.g. insulin). Administered safely and on schedule by trained staff.

  Important: Dogs with diabetes must be booked into their own private room to allow for appropriate monitoring and care.

• Aged care surcharge - $11 / day

  We understand that senior dogs & cats often need a little extra care and attention. Our Aged Care Surcharge covers the additional support required to ensure your elderly pet is comfortable, safe, and well looked after during their stay.
