• Own food surcharge - $11 / day

  Want to bring your pet’s own food? No problem – We’re happy to store and serve it according to your instructions. Please note: this service is only available for pets booked into their own private room (not shared accommodations).

• Medication administration - $11 / day

  For pets requiring medication during their stay (topical or oral). Administered by trained staff at scheduled times.

  Please note: Dogs with epilepsy must be booked into their own private room for safety and close observation.

• Injection Administration - $22 / day

  For pets requiring injectable medication (e.g., insulin). Administered safely and on schedule by trained staff.

  Important: Dogs with diabetes must be booked into their own private room to allow for appropriate monitoring and care. Cats with diabetes must be booked into their own private suite to allow for appropriate monitoring and care.

• Aged care surcharge - $11 / day

  We understand that senior dogs often need a little extra care and attention. Our Aged Care Surcharge covers the additional support required to ensure your elderly pet is comfortable, safe, and well looked after during their stay.

  Important: To provide a quiet and stress-free environment, all aged care guests must be booked into a Private Room.
