Each suite measures 2m x 1.3m (2.6m²) and includes two private enclosures (1.3m x 0.7m / 0.91m² each), both connected to a shared communal area. Cats take turns accessing this space throughout the day, ensuring a balance of privacy and play. During quieter periods, cats in private enclosures often enjoy full-time access to the communal area. Every suite and enclosure is designed with multiple vertical levels, offering ample opportunities for climbing, lounging, and exploration.

WHATS INCLUDED?

• Constant supply of fresh filtered water

• We primarily allow cats to graze on dry food throughout the day, using trusted brands such as Black Hawk or Royal Canin.

• In the evening, cats are offered a wet meal, with a variety of familiar favourites available, including Fussy Cat, Dine, Fancy Feast and Felix. For cats with special needs or preferences, we also have fresh meat options available such as kangaroo, tuna, and turkey. We keep Dine creamy treats on hand, which can be added as a gentle topper to encourage even the fussiest little ones to eat.

• All bedding and toys are supplied - Please note: personal items from home are not accepted.-

• Kitty litter trays changed and cleaned regularly

• Always here, Always caring: We have a live-in caretaker on-site 24/7, providing continuous supervision and ensuring the safety of all guests. Daily checks are conducted to monitor each pet's food and water intake, urine and fecal output, and overall wellbeing.

• Comfort & Safety: Our fully insulated and air-conditioned facility is designed to maintain a steady, comfortable temperature of 24°C throughout the year. Built with noise reduction in mind, it helps shield dogs from disruptive sounds like storms and fireworks, promoting a calm and secure atmosphere. The environment is also safeguarded against common pests such as snakes, cane toads, mosquitoes, ticks, and more—ensuring a safe, stress-free stay for every guest.
