WHATS INCLUDED?

  • Breakfast and Dinner provided daily: We take great care in what we feed our canine guests and prepare much of their food right here on site. Our standard meals are based on our house-made Veggie Mix, created in-house and designed to be nutritious, tasty, and gentle on tummies. This mix is made predominantly from textured vegetable protein (TVP), combined with dehydrated vegetables, oats, and other wholesome ingredients to enhance flavour and texture. This is then blended with a good-quality grain-free dry dog food to provide a balanced and satisfying meal.To encourage good appetite, we finish meals with a light porridge-style topper, made from a grain-free dog loaf, oats, and water. A small amount is added on top to enhance aroma and palatability. For dogs with food sensitivities or specific dietary needs, we also keep a range of fresh meats on hand, including Kangaroo, turkey and Tuna

  • Two 20-minute play sessions each day

  • Unlimited access to fresh, filtered water.

  • All bedding and toys are supplied. Please note: personal items from home are not accepted.

  • Toileting mats are provided in every kennel and play yard for hygiene and convenience.

  • Always here, Always caring: We have a live-in caretaker on-site 24/7, providing continuous supervision and ensuring the safety of all guests. Regular wellbeing checks are also carried out to monitor the health and comfort of every pet in our care.

  • Comfort & Safety: Our fully insulated and air-conditioned facility is designed to maintain a steady, comfortable temperature of 24°C throughout the year. Built with noise reduction in mind, it helps shield dogs from disruptive sounds like storms and fireworks, promoting a calm and secure atmosphere. The environment is also safeguarded against common pests such as snakes, cane toads, mosquitoes, ticks, and more—ensuring a safe, stress-free stay for every guest.

Dogs receive two play sessions per day as part of their boarding fee, with each session lasting at least 20 minutes.

EXTRA PLAYTIME?

Would you like to add extra playtime?

Extra one-on-one outdoor play sessions in our enclosed carpark are available for shorter stays at an additional cost.

For long-term stays of two weeks or more, two are included each week.
